Welcome to Noubix Activewear! We hope we provide you with the answers to most of your questions below. CAN I CHANGE / CANCEL MY ORDER?

Of course you can. Your items will be placed in your Shopping Cart. You can edit your Shopping Cart by simply changing the size or colour, remove the item from “My Cart” or add another item in your Shopping Cart. Once your order has been finalized, it is not possible for you to change or cancel your order prior to dispatch. Please refer to our Returns page which explains the item’s eligibility for returns.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER?

Typically, items are dispatched within 2 to 6 business days from when the order is placed.  Occasionally there can be delays with couriers which may impact your expected delivery timeframe from time to time. Please let us know if you need your item sooner as we can help you organize an expedited delivery.

HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY WITHIN AUSTRALIA COST?

Noubix Activewear offers FREE SHIPPING for all orders over AU$99.

Standard domestic shipping below AU$99 is charged at a flat rate of AU$5.00. For more information, see our Shipping page.

DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?

No, we currently only ship within Australia. Hang tight as we have plans to ship worldwide and we will let you know as soon as worldwide shipping is available. 

WHAT DO I DO WHEN MY PARCEL HASN’T ARRIVED YET?

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you an order confirmation email with your specific tracking number.

If your parcel has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please send us an email at hello@noubix.com.au and we will try our very best to help find a resolution for you.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM FOR REFUND IF IT DOESN’T FIT ME?

Noubix Activewear offers a full refund on all our products. However, please note we are unable to refund return shipping costs, except where the item is faulty. Please see our Returns policy for more detailed information.

WHAT PAYMENTS DOES NOUBIX ACTIVEWEAR ACCEPT?

Noubix Activewear accepts payment via Paypal and all major Debit and Credit Cards (VISA and Mastercard).

HOW SECURE IS MY CREDIT CARD AND PERSONAL INFORMATION?

If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. We do not retain any credit card details after a transaction has been completed. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

HOW DO I KNOW WHAT SIZE I SHOULD BE WEARING?

ARE DISCOUNT CODES VALID ON ALL ITEMS?

Discount Codes are only applicable to full priced items only.

HOW DO I APPLY DISCOUNT CODES DURING CHECKOUT?

When placing your order in the final stage, you will be directed to the Payments page. You will be given the option to enter a discount code during the checkout process.

WHAT DO I DO IF THE ITEM I LOVE IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE ONLINE?

You can email us at hello@noubix.com.au and we will place you on our wait-list. You will be notified as soon as the product is available. You can also subscribe to our email list here to receive a notification once the product is back in stock.
