PURCHASE SOMETHING FROM NOUBIX ACTIVEWEAR THAT DID NOT WORK OUT?
We are sorry to hear that but don't worry, we offer various forms of returns based on the following conditions:
- For all full priced items, Noubix Activewear will offer credit notes or refunds
- For all items with promotional discount codes, Noubix Activewear will offer credit notes or refunds
- For all sale items, Noubix Activewear will offer credit notes only. These items cannot be refunded.
- For all damaged/faulty items, Noubix Activewear will offer credit notes or refunds
WHAT REQUIREMENTS NEED TO BE MET ON ALL RETURN?
Item(s) must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
Item(s) returned must be in perfect condition and not be WORN, ALTERED or WASHED.
Item(s) returned MUST HAVE ORIGINAL HANG TAG ATTACHED and MUST BE RETURNED IN ORIGINAL CONDITION OR PACKAGING. Faulty or damaged items will not qualify for a refund.
Item(s) returned without the original tags or damaged tags may result in delayed refund/credit note or not qualify for a refund/credit note. Noubix Activewear reserves the right to determine whether the items returned is faulty based on quality check and compliance within our Returns Policy.
Please note for all refunds, we will process your full refund (excluding original shipping charges) directly to the credit card or paypal account used for purchase.
Please note Noubix Activewear is not responsible for return shipping and handling charges. Noubix Activewear is also not responsible if returned item(s) are lost in transit. We recommend using a registered post service to return your items and keeping a record of the tracking details.
Credit notes are offered to the value of your purchased item(s) in the form of a promotional code to be applied at checkout. They are valid for up to 30 days and can be used over purchases online at our website, www.noubix.com.au. Credit notes cannot be transferred to another person and is only provided once the previously purchased items have been returned.
HOW DO I RETURN MY ITEMS?
Please follow the instructions below to process your return:

2. Download the Return Authorization form here
3. Fill out form in its entirety, specifying the reason for your return, as well as if you are returning for a refund or credit note
4. Please follow return instructions
5. Attach a copy of the Return Authorization form with your returned parcel. Ship the product back to PO BOX 360, Mount Waverley, VIC, 3149, Australia
HOW LONG WILL MY CREDIT NOTE OR REFUND TAKE?
